altcom was commissioned in 2007 by FuturePerspectives to carry out a review of the quality of the web based ICT tools and web presence of a national support agency. The review covered issues such as useability, quality of information provided and accessibility. The findings were incorporated into a larger report on the overall effectiveness of the agency.
