Project description:

The website branding and design was provided by Nixon Design Ltd to a client brief. The system uses PHP, MySQL, some Javascript and a simple flash banner. Hosting was arranged by the client. From the brief we were able to deliver a fully functional online ecommerce store that the client can maintain and administer via a secure web interface.

Aquaesulis have an international clientele and sell high quality therapeutic spa products alongside a range of upmarket accessories. Therefore the website had to accommodate different tax and shipping zones and provide secure online payment and traditional payment options. In addition we also supplied the following functionality:

• Add/edit and manage multiple productcategories and details from the web;
• Handle local, European and worldwide sales with different shipping and payment options;
• Payment modules integrate PayPal, WorldPay, NoChex and lots more;
• Control of pricing, descriptions, options, stock levels, product availability and much more;
• Creation of Geozones and Tax zones to accommodate international and national variations in shipping methods and charges;
• Management of order fulfillment including invoicing, packing slips and order processing;
• Customer profile management;
• Newsletter and customer communication tools;
• Easy to use reporting on sales, orders and product popularity.
